Overview

The standard model of project management is reconstructive: a human attends the meeting, takes notes after the fact, opens a tracker the next day, types in commitments as they remember them, and starts chasing. Every step in that chain is fragile, lossy, and expensive — and as the number of meetings, deals, and active projects scales, the loss compounds. DANI operates inside the conversation rather than reconstructing it afterwards — capturing each commitment when it is made, structuring it on the way through, and never letting it fall out of the system.

DANI ingests Microsoft 365 calendar and email activity, Fireflies.ai meeting transcripts, the CRM and deal tracker, and WhatsApp for on-the-move capture. Every processed transcript or document is analysed for commitments: each action item is extracted with a specific task description, named owner, due date, priority, confidence score, and the exact quote that generated it. Meetings are classified by type so a coffee chat doesn't produce fake tasks; validation rules reject vague or duplicate items; low-confidence items go to a human review queue. DANI then runs the follow-up loop itself — reminders, daily task digests, blocker detection, dependency chains. A living deal CRM updates from what was actually said in meetings; a contacts intelligence engine turns every attendee into an enriched record; a WhatsApp brain dump collapses the barrier between thought and system; and an executive morning brief tells a leader where the day's leverage is before the first meeting.

The system is built on two principles. Capture inside the conversation, not after it. And never let an unsourced claim into the answer — every action item carries the quote that generated it, every chat response carries citations to the underlying transcripts, every contact insight is traceable. Client data is fully isolated at the database and service layer, AI calls are stateless with no model training on the data, every action is logged in an immutable audit trail, and the entire platform can be deployed inside a private cloud or local infrastructure for environments where data sovereignty matters.
