We built DANI as an AI execution operator that sits across the data sources an organisation already uses — calendars, meetings, transcripts, CRM, and WhatsApp — and turns the conversations happening in those channels into structured, owned, time-bound action items, deal updates, and contact intelligence. Project governance becomes automated; the executive stops chasing and starts deciding.

Every leadership team running a real workforce faces the same gap: HR data lives in one system, productivity data lives in another, and the picture only comes together in a slide deck once a quarter. By then, the people who were about to leave have left, the high-performers waiting for promotion have disengaged, and the burning-out teams have already burnt out.

PeopleTrak collapses that gap. It unifies HR data and Microsoft 365 productivity signals into a single workforce intelligence layer that surfaces who's ready to grow, who's at risk, and where pressure is building — and extends that intelligence into an AI hiring workflow that sources from LinkedIn, ranks against structured role criteria, and turns CV uploads into screening summaries and interview questions in minutes.

Course creation on most LMS platforms is still a manual slog — weeks of instructional design work for every new module, and a grading backlog that eats into every tutor's week. Multiply that by every new institution being onboarded, and content creation becomes the bottleneck for the entire platform.

We partnered with Edify to build an AI content authoring system that grounds itself in their existing course library, then lets tutors generate structured course modules, video scripts, assignments with rubrics, quiz banks, and draft grading feedback — all reviewable and editable in-product before anything reaches a student.

Nigeria's national study of research and commercialization readiness was running on Google Forms, Mailchimp, and spreadsheets. No offline support for rural enumerators, no formal authorizer sign-off chain, no real-time visibility for the secretariat, and no sovereignty story for sensitive national data. We were asked to build something the RICC could defend in front of any stakeholder — and ship the first version in time for a December committee presentation.

We built a dynamic survey platform with offline-first data entry, a Vice-Chancellor approval workflow with digital signatures, a real-time admin dashboard segmented by geopolitical zone, and a sovereign-ready hosting model designed to lift into government infrastructure for full NDPR compliance. Subsequent phases extend the portal into a unified innovator registry, an AI-driven matchmaking engine between innovators and funders, and a milestone-based disbursement tracker for the national innovation financing rail.

Investor summits still run on Mailchimp blasts, manual spreadsheets, and Excel deal trackers. Organizers have no idea how many connections actually converted into meetings, let alone closed deals. DealRoom was built to make event ROI measurable from onboarding through 30-day post-event closure.

We built a platform that imports investor and company shortlists, onboards them via conversational WhatsApp flows weeks before the event, runs a matching engine across investor-company, investor-investor, and company-company relationships, schedules Microsoft Teams meetings, and tracks deal progression — escalating stalled deals to admins automatically.

Forming a cross-border partnership in Africa today takes months: legal paperwork, license complications, currency friction, opaque revenue splits, and no real-time visibility into who owns what. POE was conceived to collapse all of that into programmable infrastructure — what Stripe did for payments, applied to the act of partnering itself.

We built the core orchestration layer that combines 24-hour SPV formation via Norebase, programmable equity and cap table management, multi-currency wallets and daily settlements via Baseone, rule-driven revenue waterfall distributions, integrated KYC/AML, and a developer-facing API so third parties can spin up compliant cross-border entities in hours instead of months — on an event-driven platform sized for institutional-grade trust.

Government field teams still run on paper forms and narrative reports. By the time data reaches a decision-maker, it's weeks old, hand-transcribed, and full of gaps. Ngao replaces that workflow with an AI chatbot citizens and officers can simply message — using the channel they already trust, in the language they already speak.

We built a full-stack WhatsApp agent, a backend data collection engine, a research agent, and an admin dashboard that together let administrators design research pipelines, collect structured and unstructured data through conversation, and roll results up through a configurable accountability chain — with active pilots covering tree-planting verification, ministry project reporting, and citizen baraza feedback.

Off-the-shelf content tools flatten every brand into the same voice. They can't ingest a company's internal knowledge, can't speak convincingly as a specific leader, and leave teams hand-editing every output. Robin AI was built to fix that.

We partnered with Robin to build a knowledge-grounded content pipeline that ingests an organisation's knowledge base, lets an operator pick a Voice, Point of View, and target Audience, and generates publication-ready content — starting with LinkedIn posts — through a human-in-the-loop workflow with a simulated audience agent providing feedback before anything ships.

Envisioning your dream interior can be overwhelming — scrolling through hundreds of images that don't quite match your vision, then struggling to find the actual products that bring it to life. Renda AI solves this by generating realistic renderings populated with real, purchasable products.

Working with Community Wolf, we deployed AI-driven WhatsApp group agents that listen to conversations to record crime, staff management reports, and alarm activations in real-time, then trigger upstream pipelines for citizen alerting and security-firm dispatch — streamlining incident response for an industry that runs on hundreds of group chats.
